Activation and Expiration Dates for the Custom

Access Level

NOTE: This feature must have the "Update Custom

Access Level" scheduler set to work properly. Refer to

the Schedule section in Time Management.

5a Assign an activation date for the custom access

level by clicking the button [typically labeled

None until a date is selected] to the right of the

First Valid Date field.

Use the First Valid Date calendar to select the

activation date for the custom access level.

NOTE: Click the Today button to set the activation or

expiration date to today's date.

5b Repeat the process to assign the Last Valid

Date for the access level.
